Majestic must be contacted before any product is sent back to us for a warranty claim.
All futon and platform bed frames bought from Majestic Futon are guaranteed to be free of structural defects in material and workmanship for the stated period from the date of purchase, under normal use. To ensure warranty coverage it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to periodically tighten all screw and related hardware.
All frames made from wood are subject to minor imperfections and variations in grain, shading, knot size etc. These variations are considered part of the natural beauty of solid wood and not covered under this warranty.
If the frame should require warranty attention, the Purchaser may return the defective part to our warehouse along with proof of purchase. Before returning any product to our warehouse you will need to contact us at Majestic Futon in order to get a return authorization number.
At the option of Majestic Futon the frame or part will be replaced or repaired and then returned to you. All warranty related freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to substitute a frame of equal value should the original model not be available.
Specialty Foam Mattress Warranty
Your new Viscoform, Naturalux or Togetha mattress has been manufactured using only the highest quality components and is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the warranty schedule you receive with your mattress.
In order to obtain warranty coverage the following guidelines must be met:
- Must be the original purchaser, and have a receipt of your purchase.
- The mattress must be in sanitary condition and be free of stains, soils, burns etc.
In the unlikely event your mattress needs warranty attention in the years to follow, it will be repaired or replaced at Majestic’s option, for the no charge period of the warranty, exclusive of transportation costs. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair Majestic will substitute materials of equal or greater value.
Zipper and Seams in the outer shell. Please note the shell is not designed to be removed. Any attempt at removal will void the warranty. Your mattress should be covered at all times with a water resistant mattress pad to prevent staining and maintain sanitary conditions
Permanent body indentations of more than 1 ½". Body impressions in the comfort layers are normal as the mattress adjusts and conforms to the contours of your body, but should not permanently exceed 1 ½".
Sagging. Your mattress must be continually supported by a platform bed frame or equivalent box. A solid surface or a wood or metal slat system must be used with no more than 5.5" between slats. The lumber used in the wood slats should be furniture grade with a moisture content of 14% or less.
Any concerns not specifically listed in the “Warranty Coverage” section will not be covered under this warranty. These include but are not limited to:
- Tears, soil, burns or mold in the mattress fabric
- All damage related to using an improper bed frame or support system
- Bed Height
- Comfort Preference
- Body indentations less than 1 ½"
- Clearance or Floor models
- Transportation Costs
Futon Mattress Warranty
All Majestic mattresses are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period indicated. This warranty covers zippers, seams, tufts, and virtually all the components used in the construction of your mattress. If the mattress requires warranty attention, the purchaser may return the mattress along with a proof or purchase. At the option of Majestic the mattress will be repaired or replaced and then returned to the customer. All warranty related freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Body impressions are normal and can be minimized by following the care instruction you receive when purchasing the mattress. This warranty does not cover tears, soil, mold or neglect.
All Majestic covers have a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers the zippers and seams only. If the cover requires warranty attention, the purchaser may return the cover along with proof of purchase. At the option of Majestic the cover will be repaired of replaced and returned to the customer. All warranty related freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover tears, soil, mold or shrinking. We strongly recommend dry cleaning of covers in order to prevent shrinkage.

All hygienically sensitive products, such as (but not limited to) mattresses, are final sales. This assures you that your new bedding product is new and hasn’t been used by someone else.
All custom orders are final sales with no exchanges permitted.
All other products may be returned for exchange only. The exchange must take place within 48hrs of receiving the product. The product must be in it’s original packaging and free of any damage. The returned products will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and a 60 day in-store credit will be issued if there is a difference in price. All transportation will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
